At Rooted Trēes, every product is made with care, using high-quality natural ingredients formulated to nourish you from the inside out.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled, we’ll make it right — because your trust matters to us.

2. Due to the Nature of Our Products

Because our products are personal care and ingestible (such as serums, matcha, and butters), we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Once a seal is broken, the product is considered contaminated and cannot be resold or returned to our fulfillment partner.

3. Eligible Returns

We gladly replace or refund items if:

  • Your product arrives damaged, leaking, or spoiled
  • You received the wrong item
  • There’s a manufacturing issue with your order

To start a claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the issue

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Orders delivered more than 14 days ago

5. Order Changes or Cancellations

If you made a mistake with your order, please reach out within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order is processed or shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.
